We fully guarantee ALL of our products. If for some reason you are not happy with any item you purchase from PLANETNATURAL.com you may exchange or return it for a full refund. You don’t even need a receipt — we’ll have a record of your online purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

Product claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).

How To Order

Secure Online Ordering – All items on this website can be purchased safely online using our secure shopping cart. This cart eliminates the possibility, however small, that someone might capture and view your sensitive information (such as a credit card number) while it is en route over the internet. Best of all, our shopping cart makes ordering over the internet easy. We have a $10.00 minimum order to help cover credit card fees and other costs.

To place an online order

1.) Click the “Add to Cart” button next to the item(s) you would like to purchase.
2.) Within your shopping cart, select quantity and product qualities (if applicable). You can change your cart anytime prior to ordering.
3.) Select “Check Out” or “Continue Shopping.”

To place an order by mail

1.) Click the “Add to Cart” button next to the item(s) you would like to purchase.
2.) Complete the first 4 steps of our 5 step order process. Do not click “Place Order.”
3.) Print step 4 (the Payment Page) and send it with check, money order or credit card number to 1612 Gold Ave., Bozeman, MT 59715. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks.

To place an order by fax

1.) Click the “Add to Cart” button next to the item(s) you would like to purchase.
2.) Complete the first 4 steps of our 5 step order process. Do not click “Place Order.”
3.) Print step 4 (the Payment Page) and fax to (406) 587-0223. Orders may be faxed 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Fast Shipping

At Planet Natural our goal is to keep you happy. All in-stock orders are shipped the same day if received by 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). Orders received after 10:00 AM are shipped the following business day.

Some delays may occur during high volume times of the year, but please know that we work hard to send out your package as fast as we can. Shipping time does NOT start counting until after your order leaves our facility.

Live shipments (Beneficial Insects) are sent separately. Please see specific product pages for shipping schedules.

All online items are shipped via Fedex Ground or Priority Mail to the 48 contiguous U.S. states during business hours (M-F). If shipping Fedex, please provide your street address as they cannot deliver to a PO box. If faster delivery is required, Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day services are available at an extra charge. FedEx delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays.

Note: Because some of our products are of unusual size and shape/weight, the shipping charges quoted in the CART for your order may be lower than actual.  Consequently, we reserve the right to call you with any such increases in shipping cost, and you may confirm the additional charges or change your order.  Also, if you think your order may lead to additional shipping charges, feel free to call us for details.

Tracking Shipments

Once your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent with the order details and a tracking number. You may also Track Your Order by accessing your PLANETNATURAL.com account and viewing the order status and tracking information.

No online tracking information is available for packages shipped via US Mail.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO addresses will be sent via US Postal Service (Priority Mail). Please select Priority Mail from the shipping options menu located on your shopping cart. All beneficial insect shipments going to Alaska will incur an additional $25.00 surcharge. Beneficial insects can NOT be shipped to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Packaging

If your order shows up in a used box with foam peanuts, do not be offended. We recycle sturdy boxes, peanuts and newspapers whenever we can to reduce waste.
